OZTEC 4WD suspension products include:
- Long travel components for improved traction off road
- Big Bore long travel shock absorbers - these have been researched, developed and tested in Australia using a state of the art computerised dynometer. The bump and rebound piston valving inside the shock absorber have been custom tuned to maximise the handling, stability and safety of the vehicle.
- Premium series leaf springs - manufactured to last. Improved stability, raised height, increased load carrying.
- King coil springs - Australian made using "One Steel" steel, powdercoated to combat rust and corrosion. Various rate and height combinations to provide improved ride, handling and load carrying.
- Torsion bars - larger diameter for increased spring rate, reduced body roll and 1st class handling.
- Greaseable spring shackles and pins for improved operation and durability. Plated to combat rust and corrosion.
- Polyurethane spring bushes for longer life and positive location. Shackle - Shocky - Panhard - Control arm mounts.
- 'U' bolts - made from high tensile steel with long series nuts, manufactured to suit increased spring stack height.
- Bump stops and strut boots - long life polyurethane strut boots and progressive bump stops
- Polyair air bags - -Polymer Air Bag systems can be pressurised to increase load carrying 10% - 60%
OZTEC Lifetime Warranty:
The lifetime warranty on each OZTEC Shock absorber covers defects and premature failure, as long as you are the original purchaser and still own the vehicle they were fitted to. The unit must be the correct part number for the vehicle (see warranty statement in OZTEC catalogue).
